"Dave sold two houses for us after my mom and I found a place together.  Naturally moving the lifetime of accumulated contents of two rather dated houses was overwhelming.  I knew I'd go with Dave when he came to review the property and I told him the things I needed to do before I could list it including switching out a light fixture and moving a sofa and chairs.  He handily took care of both items within minutes allowing us to post the listing the next day!  He also let us make use of his enclosed trailer which he parked in our driveway.  when it was full he drove it to Goodwill for donation.  He allowed us to sell "As is" while helping the buyer to see the homes potential through visual aides showing what a new kitchen remodel would look like and cost, laying out carpet samples, and hosting many open houses.  Above all, his pricing of our home was accurate and realistic.  We ended up getting $40k over what another realtor priced one of our homes at.  Dave's manner is pleasant, low key and there is no pressure.  You'll love working for Dave!  I wish him the best.  He's humble, honest, and genuine, and he knows Real Estate.
